A(DAI) maps practitioners, artworks, concepts, scenes, and their relationships across the digital arts landscape. A living graph built through collective contribution — and up-front about the lenses that shaped it.
Every entity in the graph was seen through one or more lenses. A classification regime is a first-class node representing one such lens — a body of research, an institution's collection, a platform's taxonomy. The CLASSIFIED_BY edge records which lens saw which entity. This makes the provenance of the canon legible instead of hidden. A(DAI) sits at the root: every other regime, and every first-class entity, declares CLASSIFIED_BY A(DAI).
